Congratulations slawie! You will love it! Also, you can send out each channel separately or use the M output to mix both signals.

Don't forget that the flat setting is bass: 2 / mid: 10 / treble: 2

FWIW:

I was at G-Guitars yesterday, and there's a circa '77 red-knob F-2B there. Brian said he wanted around $500 for it.....

This is a pic of the device I wonder if it's vintage can be determined somehow. The chap stated that they are the orginal knobs. Location on the back is Santa Rosa CA.  slawie  I guess these two will sound good together.

Check out the F-2B FAQ - it says they switched to the new black collet knobs in about 1990. The original knobs were red, and then for a few hundred units, the knobs were all-aluminum with two set-screws and could be found in both black and natural aluminum colors (both colors were anodized). So it MIGHT be safe to assume that your unit is late-'80s/1990 or so.

Are you going to run it stereo with that killer Series I?

Yes Harry,

I am building up a new rig and am planning to get a Phonic Xp 2000 power amp to drive the speaker sets which
will be a pair of 15's at 300watt each and two sets of aluminium cone 2 x 10 cabs.
I had designed and built similar cabs some years ago and had some good success with the first prototype build speakers rated at 100w and a frequency range of 30-28,000Hz.

I left the stuff behind in the US when I came back to Australia and am redisigning the cabs thinking about different type of materials for the cabinets and porting or not.

I have time on my hands and want to get it just right so there will be much experimentation.

Thomas Edison said I have not failed I have just found 10,000 ways that don't work

Thanks for the link.
