A most excellent example of what a BC Rich with two P pickups can sound like is the supreme groove that Jerome Preston sets up for Maceo Parker's Give Everything You've Got.
 
The rest of the band ain't too shabby either.

Yep, that is the classic USA Neck-through BC Rich funk tone.
