What I don't quite get is this: The seller describes the Epic as a floor model that one would assume had never left the store, got lost in inventory then found (essentially new old stock). Knowing the high quality and durability of Alembic components, and assuming limited hard playing time, why would the bass need pots replaced and rewired? If all this work and replacement was really done, you gotta hope they went to the trouble of ordering Alembic components.
Nonetheless, the top is beautiful and the bass looks pretty much mint.
