Regretfully- yet cheerfully, I'm putting my recently completed custom Elan up for sale. A close personal friend is currently unemployed and in desperate need of a necessary medical procedure. This bass is my musical dream materialized and I hate to let it go, but in the end it's simply wood and metal and far less valuable than a human life. As I look around at things I can liquidate to raise cash, this is the one luxury item in my home that will raise the most cash and that I can live without. There will be another custom Elan in my future, but this is the right thing to do at this point in time.

Feel free to ask questions about the specs on the bass, but they're all laid out in the 2 threads for those interested. The bass is in mint condition- it's never left my office and includes everything that I received from Alembic- in fact it will be shipped in the same shipping box I received from Alembic.
I'm asking $4200(US) + actual shipping. If there are Paypal fees I'm willing to split the cost of the paypal fees with the buyer.
