Hello.I just bought an 2nd hand Alembic Essence.I'm curious about the used woods and other available history on this great instrument.
I used to be more a vintage Fender kinda guy, but i'm already addicted to the great Alembic sound.I bought the bass from a private owner in Holland and i think i'm the 3rd owner.

Here's what I found in the file for your Essence:
 
top: Flame Walnut
accent: Maple pinstripe
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple, 34 long scale
fingerboard: Ebony
pickups: MXY
controls: volume, pan, filter, mono output
birthday: January 22, 1993
originally made for: NAMM Show display
