controls: Further volume, filter x3, pickup off/on/bright x3, effects loop on/off, mono output effects loop
hardware: polished brass
tailpiece: Alembic bird with Ebony shim
originally made for: Our showroom
birthday: February 15, 2004
 
There is a record of the guitar being owned in New York at the end of 2004. The owner sent it in for some buzz in the neck. Looks like we adjusted the truss rods at that time and redid the setup.
