Hello, I am planning to buy a 1983 Distillate, serial: 83D2491. If possible would like to know more about its history. Thanks!

Arjen, Welcome to the forum. It is difficult to utilize these look-ups for purchase information due to the length of time required. The complimentary service is done on a first come first serve basis and can take several months and beyond for results. Hello Art. Thanks for your reply. I have added some pictures. Currently a two band Glockengang preamp is installed, but I will get the original preamp as well.

Hi, I just want to let you know that I bought the 1983 Distillate. It is in good shape, but needs some attention. The 29 year old bass still plays perfectly well; even with the Glockengang preamp.
