Wow, that's some kind of rig, and the 7-string looks VERY impressive and intimidating! I don't think I want to see your hands! What model was it based on, I can't pinpoint it by looking the electronics. Distillate maybe?

Hey that's just like my rig, except for all the stuff.
Kidding aside that's a great setup.  Thanks for sharing the photos.  Maybe we should start a amplification showcase. I'm assuming that you mix and match what's used according to venue?

Danno,

Looks like you could start your own music store. You and BKBASS are in the running for the most equipment owned by an individual award! LOL! You have ENTIRELY too much money and time on your hands....any donations should be forwarded to me (address available on request), LOL!

Seriously, I'm very jealous. You can pick and choose and fill up MSG with bass if you wanted to. It's good to be the king, LOL!

Cheers

Thanks, It's good to be single with no dependents!
I'll start posting the basses this week.

Yes I can mix and match. In the house they are all connected to the 3402 rig.

I'm waiting for the big tour call then it all goes in a 10 space anvil case-in-case! Maybe I won't have to move it! I do have small hands for a bassist BTW.

Hey Danno,
Are my tired old eyes deceived or is your 7 a lined fretless?
I can look at your rig and dream, but I couldn't even make the trips necessary back & forth to the truck (you have a truck, don't you  ) to bring it all in. Where can I hire a cheap roadie?

Hey Danno:  What an interesting, interesting load of stuff you have to select from...  I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the ELF subs.

One question:  How can a guy who self-describes as having, small hands for a bassist ever wind up with a seven string?  I have small hands.  I avoid any bass with more than 5 strings. Do you use your feet?  Seriously, I'd like to hear your thoughts.

Keep the pictures coming!

It is a lined fretless in coco bolo, wide spacing. 2.9 at nut 4 at 24th. I play the bass fairly high and I just make it full across the fretboard with my hand flat. It is the same spacing with one added as my wide Spoiler six in Flame Koa. See chillin' post.
BTW I have a 99 grand caravan with the seats removed!
