Perhaps for the last week or so BeenDown139 has been ... enhancing his listening experience  ;) ... twisting filter and CVQ knobs and thinking "whoa, man, I didn't know it could do that!"  ;D

I get so many useful sounds out of blend and one filter with 2-position Q... two CVQ filters must open up to about the fifth dimension....

<Hi-Jack.>
I recall being on a business trip to Denver and Edwin was performing with his band.  He put me ‘on the list’ 😎, got there early and he let me try his bass.   It was a Series (I or II???) needles to say, switching from Distillate controls to Series controls had me feeling like an Amish guy in a Radio Shack store.   I played a few notes and quickly gave it back.

The subtleties of the Series basses are …. Epic.

Shakedown Street was a blast.

I didn't even fret a string; just drooled a bit and handed it back to him.

And yes, it was a great show!
