well if i was still looking to upgrade my essence 5-string fertless this would just aboot do it. the only thing lacking is series electronics imho. elsewise it checks all the boxes: long scale, 5 string, unlined, LEDs, upgraded electronics plus a nice omega cut. too bad it's listed on ebay. has this one been around before? i dunno. the only song i do in our band that really needs a fretless is boys of summer. so i do it on the SII and pop the strings a little. not really in the mood to drop $9k USD just for that.
oh and also there's that 3+2 fretless headstock thing again. :-)
