Hey all, it’s been a long time! (And things have been crazy in that absence.)
To make a long story short, I have been looking for my old Shop Night Bass “Bodega” more or less continuously since immediately after I sold it a number of years ago.
I sold it in a time where it was an emergency, always hoping I could one day buy it back.
Last I had seen, the person I sold it to added another pickup and some electronics. Once they sold it, I never saw it again. Sadly, I did not have the money at the time to buy it back.
Other Instruments have come and gone in that time, and while I miss a fair few…My only true “the One that got away” has been Bodega. I miss that bass more than I ever could have imagined.
It is my hope and dream to ultimately end up with that bass again.
I just felt like it was time to put this out there, in the event someone knows where she might be.
Any help would be massively appreciated!
Things have calmed down a bit, so hopefully I will be more regular around here again.
-Bodega is a Left Handed Shop Night Bass with an Omega cut at the bottom. It was routed for Series electronics, though they had never been installed. It is hard to miss, as it has a “Hole In the Head(stock)”. Even though she is a lefty, she was set up right handed (at least as long as I had her).-
