F2-B alembic extreme hiss

I've read this entire thread, and I don't see anything (including the pictures) that clearly says the tubes were replaced.

To help us isolate possible causes of the problem could you please answer these questions:

• Were the tubes replaced?
• Do both channels cause the hiss?

It makes the noise on both channels yes.
And idk if the tubes were changed sadly.

My friend changed out the power cable though thats all ive had done on it after i got it.

Aswell as the stuff i referred to earlier in the post.
