Many of us are here because of the personal relationship Alembic has with its customers. On the rare occasion where I encounter a company that similarly goes above and beyond, I feel compelled to sing its praises. Such was my experience today with Proline. The keyboard player in my band snapped the boom right off the Proline mic stand at our last rehearsal. I called Proline to see if I could purchase the piece that broke so I could repair the stand. Instead, they are sending me a brand new stand for free! Customer service doesn't get much better than that! Thanks, Proline!
