I’ve had the same thing happen to me with the pickup connectors. I was able to get parts from a local electronics store, but it was a long time ago and that doesn’t seem to be practical these days.

Alembic uses Molex KK-254 (2.54mm (.100 inch)) series connectors for the pickups. The Dupont connectors maybe the same, but I’m not sure. They must be compatible, based on Artgeckko’s experience.
Since you’re checking Amazon, try searching for "molex kk 254” just in case. If you’re sticking with the original connector housing/contact pair type, I think you’ll be looking for something like this (contact only):

Sorry, After re-reading I realized that the kit from Amazon might have worked for you, so this all is probably a moot point. Anyway I guess I can keep this around for future reference.

Completely agree. The shared info on this site is great!  Molex 2.54 is the correct fitting.  Think its stamped on the original connector?
Hopefully things are working well g-dude. Mica has an articles posted regarding the modular connectors, and the technique used to install the threaded inserts in FAQ (along with many other topics...a must read).  I admit, I lack the discipline and patience to take my time with projects like this, often going a bit faster than I should to do completely correctly.  Thankfully, these instruments are built pretty robustly, and small mistakes can be worked out, and with a little luck, restoring, or repairing previous owner abuse, can come out looking and sounding great.
Biggest advice...Don't force anything, and try to be patient as you go...especially with hard to replace, and costly items like pickup ears, and electronics.

We recrimp pickups for no charge - just gotta get them to us. You can also get the inserts. You are going to need to fill the original hole and redrill a pilot hole for the best outcome. Email mica or mary at alembic.com to get things started.

I just emailed you.  My crimp job has worked, but if I run into any issues, I'll definitely keep that added service in mind.

Once I get the inserts, I'm definitely going to have someone competent do the drilling.  With my luck I'd go straight through the instrument.

One thing that has impressed me is that whenever something is done differently to other basses, it doesn’t appear to be different for the sake of being different - it seems logical, and there is a benefit to the approach taken.

My bass may never be exactly like it left the factory, but I will get it as close as possible given its journey to my doorstep.

The fact that it has some battle scars is slightly annoying, but also a source of relief because I can take it out and play it without worrying that a scuff is going to happen.

Quick update:

I had ordered some inserts from RTL fasteners as suggested, and great news -- the hole was the perfect size for the fasteners without needing to fill with a dowel and re-drill.
