This just came up on Her FB page as a "5 year memory (that long already??)
JT & Bonnie Raitt, Wrigley Field; as fine as the music was, it was an equal pleasure meeting the esteemed Mr. Johnson.

Ah, the good old days when we used to be able to meet new friends, shake hands and have a chat. It'll sure be nice when we can get back to that!

We came across from Scotland for that same tour but at the Washington Nationals stadium. It was very nearly rained off but Bonnie and JT put on a fantastic show anyway. Always nice to meet up with Jimmy for a chat tho' one of the security guards didn't recognise him and tried to make us all take our seats
. caught the same show again in Glasgow later that year.
