Somebody here may know (I don't), but you could always go to the Interactive section of
http://www.stanleyclarke.com
and ask him...he seems to personally answer questions quite frequently.
BTW, same Scarbee of the Gigasampler libraries? Whether so or no, welcome!

I think I remember Mica telling me that Stanley uses 90-30 for his short scale basses.
