Practice in front of a mirror if possible. It makes it easier to monitor the angle of the bow as you practice. And starting out, just concentrate on playing long, even notes. It’s a steep learning curve. And keep your arm as relaxed as possible, particularly at the shoulder. Let the weight of your arm put weight on the bow, instead of pressing down on the bow. Good luck!
