I purchased it on 21 April and then registered the issue on 14 May when I hadn't gotten any responses in 2wks (last one was "shipping it tomorrow").
He has until 3 June to respond. I'm pretty sure I'll get a refund eventually, as I have solid proof of payment through PayPal and a number of listings for the same item (showing the same serial number!) after I had paid for it, including the currently active eBay listing I posted yesterday.
