Don't Know What To Use This Pedal For, But It's VERY Cool

Like the title says, I have no idea what I would use this pedal for, but I thought it might appeal to a few of us.

I would imagine its a way to get that effect Pete Townsend got by quickly switching the gibson pickup switch on and off.
I think this is the effect that you would get using that stutter switch instead of the pickup guitar's selector switch.

My grandfather had one of those ‘pedals’ with his ham radio.  He also had a very intriguing tone/frequency generator thing.  Just a small metal box with a speaker and a couple knobs that would sweep through a broad frequency range... no idea what he used it for.
