This bass is arriving at Bass Central in Florida very soon. I can't get over this wood - just had to share!

Wow. When you zoom in and look at certain areas, it almost looks like a kaleidoscope with all of the different textures and colors going on. Very cool.

Very nice.
The maple neck lams look a little darker than usual... is there a bit of color wash? Whether natural or not, that shade of maple really does set off that buckeye well.
Very nice. (already said that)

I don't generally care for buckeye burl that tends towards the yellow side but the pattern on this one looks really nice.

Beautiful! I love the wavy grains in the darker sections and it's contrast with the lighter more traditional (in my mind) burl of the lighter sections. Very cool!
