Parlez vous frances?
« on: June 20, 2005, 08:37:01 PM »
Parlez vous frances?  Well, that's pretty much the extent of my French.  Is there anyone out there who could help me with an international transaction?  I am currently trying to sell one of my Alembic basses.  There is a potential buyer in France.  However, we are having a hard time communicating.  Please contact me if you can help with the details of the transaction or assist with translating.

Thanks,

Dale

Ah oui ...on est n? multi-lingue ici.
There is this saying: there are only two people who can make themself understandable all over the world: jews and flemish.
Brother Alain is one of those rare non-flemish Belgians who also speaks 3 languages.
It's one of the advantages of being a very small country.

I had a friend in California that is a non-flemish frenchman who speak 3 languages. He grew up in the border area with Belgium and it has a large flemish population as I understand it.
