I forgot to mention that the bar was closing down for good after that night, so there were sheets of paper by anything of value with starting bids on them. My drummer got a pretty nice 27 t.v. for $35.00!! They also had a baby grand in the hall that was in such poor physical shape and it was out of tune enough to have a swishy chorus effect. Kind of reminded me of an old Yamaha CP-70. This would've been appropriate for Tom Waits' The Piano has been Drinking.... not me, not me nooot me.................
