You can order a case through any Alembic dealer or distributor. Make sure you notify them you need a hardshell case for an Essence and indicate the number of strings (there are different cases for each string number).
3 tries and no response? There is no response when you use the registration form, we simply transfer the details to the instrument file. If you used this email address to contact the helpdesk through the service request form, I'm afraid it wasn't received, as I just ran a grep of the emails for 2 months before and after last March.
