WTB: Alembic Spoiler or Persuader with 32" Scale
« on: March 19, 2010, 08:47:41 AM »
Hi. I'm a guitar player and looking for a Spoiler or  Persuader, or other bass, with the 32 scale length because it's easy for guitar players to adjust to. Thank you and best regards, Chris

You might consider 30 scale as well. It is even easier!
Keep an eye here on the forum and you will find something. If there is an Alembic for sale, we usually know!

There is one on CL for $1300... it's mislabeled as a Spoiler.  I can't remember which city... try the Site Mash.

I was not really planning on it but I have run into a few extra dollars recently and would consider selling my Persuader.  I paid probably too much ($2100+) for it a few months ago and have absolutely no regrets on what I paid.  It is an awesome instrument, almost zero wear and tear and the only reason I consider selling is that is would speed up my ability to afford a Series bass.

I'd let it go for $1800 shipped CONUS.  Also have other basses I'm thinking about selling - Peavey Cirrus 4 and Warwick Corvette 4, both in excellent condition.

If you're up for paying a bit more, my Brown Bass is for sale:
