Aussie dollar bargains
« on: October 14, 2008, 04:49:52 AM »
I know this is not a commercial marketplace, but I think that members may be interested in this particular impact of the global economic turbulence. The Aussie $ has been trashed, which means that US or Euro prices of Alembics in Australia have fallen considerably. Also overseas customers are not subject to Aussie GST.

We have the following NEW Alembics in stock. The A$ prices are ex-GST. The US$ and Euro price reflect exchange rates at the time of writing - so you should recheck them if you are interested.

That Rogue has been haunting me for some time. However, my wife has been haunting me about this saving up to buy a house thing. Very sorry to hear about your country's economy. Hope it get's better faster than it hit the skids.

Thanks. The perverse thing is that the Australian economy is actually better placed than the US or Europe (touch wood) - but the currency has been sold off on the expectation that a slow down in those economies will lead to less demand for Australian resources.
