hey thank you very much effclef!!!! i called alembic to find out what was up with that electrum. when i had reached them on the phone,mica looked it up and the pics were swapped back to the orion baritone guitar that it was. mica and mary (i think),were probally thinking i was on glue or something,cause i tried to explain that elecrum to her. she thought i was a bit crazy!! it was funny!
anyways to make a long story short, i seen the pics of the true guitar up for grabs. AND I GRABBED IT!!!!!!!!HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA. i'm so happy now all i have to do is learn how to play guitar!!!!
my main problems is just making chords. its just a little bastard instument and i can never make clean chord changes. so i am hoping that a larger scale baritone guitar may give me more room to make chords,thus making it easier for me. plus i can always let my guitar player in my band use it.
he was looking for a Gibson or something with 2 humbuckers, to go with his single coil strat.
i wanted to get the first one that had went on ebay. it matched my orion bass absolutely perfectly. bud i got outbid in the last 30 seconds. i seen an opputunity for a buy now for $1445+$82 for shipping. it had a nicer top and i didnt want to get into a bidding war,seeing that the first one went for $1,625.
so yeah a member did get it. and i am asking him for the photos of that electrum also. if he emails them to me i'll be sure to post them. i dont want the Wickersham's to think i had lost my mind. thanks for the electrum back up!
