Two days to go. The current price is significantly below what a six string Europa would normally go for.
The Neck: 11 pc rose wood laminate description doesn't make much sense to me; I would ask for a copy of the build card, which he would have since he says he has all the paper work. My guess would be that the neck is Maple and Purpleheart and that the fingerboard is Ebony. I would further guess that the body is Mahogany and that the top if of course Flame Maple. The listing doesn't mention the case; so check to make sure.
Also, to make sure, check the wood card for the taper. I often have a hard time judging taper from photos of six strings. Standard would be comfort taper; but it's hard to tell from the angle of the picture.
Note that the shipping listed is for 2nd day air, but in the questions section he does say he'll ship ground.
Looks like a great deal on a beautiful bass.
