Got the logo today. It was definitely from a guitar/bass...not originally a piece of jewelry. The posts on the back have been completely ground down. Otherwise, it's pristine. So I'm going to try and fashion a decent necklace out of it.

You might be able to mount it on a hat too. Being a Doctor I'm sure you've thought of the possibility of skin irritation. Anyway, nice bling!!
