Man, this bass has been at Guitar Rez forever. Has anyone tried it out before? Looks interesting, although there is no power supply with it.

That's my old bass. I sold it to them a while ago for $2500. It's big, heavy and has a maxed out truss rod. With low-tension TI Jazz rounds, the action is low enough to be very playable.

Looks like a sibling to my Series I guitar. They made quite a few instruments with birdseye maple top/backs in 76 from what I've seen.
