This one has been on ebay for many weeks.The BIN price has been 795,695,595...
It was just listed at 395+25 shipping:

Not a bad deal as long as it functions fine.
Maybe it'll be 295 next week ,but I'm guessing it'll go at 395.

At 395 it's still on the high side considering how much was new and what it does. It's basically the comfort of having the classic blue box in a rack.

The thing that the seller is missing is that only Series instruments need that and if you play a Series, you're (usually) a bit above the average uninformed occasional player, you know your stuff
That said tomorrow he sells it at 795 and I'm behind the chuck board ashamed lol
