Live Wire plays The Who!

We played our full Who show to almost 100 people last night at Kibbutz Tzora, which is halfway between Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv. It was a hometown crowd, as it's just outside where we all live.  The atmosphere was really good, and the crowd had a great time. We had some interesting miscues, like our guitarist breaking a string 3 times, but that's what live Who is about! I played my Rogue through my own GK mini-combo (12"), with line out to the desk. Gotta get an amp with a 15" speaker, smaller ones just can't handle Alembics! Oh, and those white tablecloths you keep seeing hung up on the wall behind the band is a makeshift screen on which our friend Lionel Wolberger projects the multimedia he painstakingly put together. Works well live, but doesn't seem to work in still pix...  Live Wire is probably going to go defunct for a while, but we might be back...
