Anyone in Central/South Florida going to the Langerado music festival?

If so, my band Brother Bean is playing a Langerado after party at Club M, from 1 - 4 a.m.  on Saturday, 3/11.

More details to follow.

I'm not familiar with that festival.  Do you have more info or a festival website?  It might be a moot point however since I'm working this Saturday.

March 11 and 12 at Markham Park in Sunrise, FL.

Lineup is pretty big, but includes:
Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals
Black Crows
The Flaming Lips
Wilco
The Meters
Keller Williams
The Disco Biscuits
Umphrey's McGee

Tickets are $120 for both days.

However...

We're not playing the actual festival, but an after party at Club M.

Address:
2037 Hollywood Blvd.
Hollywood, Florida 33019

$5 Cover

Show is from 1 - 4 a.m.

We've hired a professional lighting system with intelligent lights and stuff.

If you happen to make it out...I'll be the one playing the Skylark...

Nice lineup; there are several bands in that list that I would like to see.

What a wierd night/morning.

Maybe around 3 a.m. or so there was a shooting right outside the venue.  When it was quitting time and the bartender was throwing us and our equipment out, I couldn't get to my vehicle as it was in the middle of a crime scene investigation.  All my gear (except the Skylark) is currently split up in the vehicle of three different friends.  Some of which has been unloaded into some stranger's home for supposed safe keeping while the Langerado music festival was going on.

It'll be a miracle if I see it all again...

I was able to get my car this morning and make the trek home.

As far as the shooting goes...15 shots fired...no one seriously injured (thankfully)...and I believe they caught the guy.

So how did the gig go?  Did you have a good crowd?

The gig itself went well.  As per usual...the first set was a warm up.  After that we hit the pocket pretty well.

The crowd was good and enjoyed themselves.  I'd say there was between 40 - 60 people at any given time.  Most of them stayed the entire show and had to be herded out of the bar as the doors were being closed.
