Any info, especially build year would be fantastic.  Thanks much!

The build year should be the first two numbers on the truss rod cover.  I'm guessing either 04 or 05.

Yay - a mystery! Is this a bass or guitar? We've got a duplicate serial number here.

Seriously?  Wow. I will have to double check on the full number.

Funny though, I never opened the storage compartment on the case (too infatuated with the contents of the main storage area I guess).  I just looked in there recently, and wala there was the build card.

Mica, this is a Further with side LED's red, yellow at 12 and 24.  Purchased from Ed Roman in May.

I will post with the full serial number when I get home.  'twill be interesting to resolve the dupe serial number.

Full serial number - 05F13457USA (or at least everything that's on the plate). I  was afraid my dyslexia was acting up, and I had transposed the original 5 number post somehow.

To make a possibly appropriate pun, lets see how much Further this goes.  (sic)

Bumping this one up, wondering if the dupe serial number was resolved.  Thanks a bunch!

Build year 05 = 2005 - but you already know that from the buildsheet. If you bought it new, probably all that Mica can post here is the same info that she finds on her archived copy of the buildsheet.
