Curious about the build record, especially the woods used!

Here's what was in the instrument file:
 
Electrum ELG6
 
There's not much about the woods, but it looks like it's a solid Koa (at least a Koa top). The neck is probably 3-piece Maple with an Ebony fingerboard.  
 
I can tell you it was made for Guitar Center in Hollywood and the birthday was March 29, 1983. There is one previous registered owner (the original owner).
