First meet with another Alembic owner

Well I thrashed my 06 Fireblade to whitby and met up with jacko who is a senior member here(over 1000 posts).
As usual we got on great and we both had a lot in common along with the usual Alembic stuff..can you imagine a room full of us lot.
Anyway, thinking of going to Bass Day later this year so maybe we could all meet up at some point.
Ride home was fast but got a little wet at the end of the journey..we have had more rain than I care to imagine here in the UK this summer

It was indeed good to meet up with you Terry. Nice to have someone to chat about basses with on a family holiday ;-)  We had superb weather all week so you were pretty unlucky to hit the rain on your way north.
On the Tuesday, I also met up with Mark stannage - Grateful - who owns a further. We didn't have a long conversation as we'd been at the pub for quite a while before we realised who each other was;-(  We'll no doubt be back in North yorkshire sometime as we had such a good holiday.  
 
Terry had the good idea of getting graham the UK importer to host a UK-wide get together. I'd certainly be up for that even though he's at the other end of the country.  
 
I'm still planning to get to Bass day - just means negotiating a change to some work dates.

It was only a shower but I hate getting my blade dirty(LOL)
