On Christmas break I took my Series I to the guitar store where I used to work (Rondinelli Music Audio, Dubuque IA; Hi George!) so I could show it off to George & his staff. Denny, his long time guitar tech, asked, Do you like the action this high? Let me work on it for a bit.
I played it in church this morning, and it's dang near perfect. It stops a strobe tuner all the way to at least the 14th fret, and the action is super low with no buzzes.
It's almost too perfect. I think I'm having trouble feeling the strings under my right hand. It's so effortless that it seems I'm putting more effort into playing.
Of course, I don't dare change it, it's _perfect_.
