The model is a Series I; but it's a highly custom, one of a kind Series I. If you are seriously interested in having a replica of this guitar built and would like a quote, then you need to call Mica or Susan on the phone. You will also need to go through an Alembic dealer to place the order. As a starting point, the list price as shown on the Alembic site for a Series I guitar is $12,900. That's before the custom hand cut inlays, body carving, and tailpiece, which will of course add significantly to the price. Personally, I think it's a wonderful looking guitar. This guitar has been mentioned in a number of previous threads. You might want to run a search on Johnny Winter if you are interested. This would be an amazing project; and if it were posted to the Factory To Customer section of the board we would all be following it closely. There have been very few Alembics with this level of carving detail in the body.
