gonna guess it didn't come from the factory that way.  is that a mono-stereo switch by the jack?  that would make it interesting if it was done right.

I wouldn't expect a stereo/mono switch on what looks like a V/F/P setup. I'm pretty sure one of the switches is a Q-switch. I'm guessing the other might be a bass or treble cut/boost but which one your guess is as good as mine. It is also possible that both switches are bass/treble switches similar to the Europa.

If my memory is correct, it's filter and treble-cut.  That's what I remember Brian telling me about it when I asked.

Beautiful bass, looks better in person as always :)

I was just about to post this! It IS an odd combination. And if you want to talk about REALLY odd, Sting had a Hamer fretless Explorer 8 string!

That extra switch looks sketchy. A Spoiler Exploiter like this would typically have vol/filter/PU selector/Q switch. I've never seen a lone treble switch without a bass switch. But as we all know, it can be anything goes with Alembic.
