Bob Weir and the Wolf Brothers Royal Albert Hall London
« on: April 01, 2025, 03:29:12 PM »

Grateful Dead co-founder Bobby Weir has announced a very special show with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The performance will mark Weir’s Hall debut and his first show in London in over two decades.
Weir will be joined by his Wolf Bros bandmates: GRAMMY-winning producer Don Was on bass, along with Dead & Company bandmates Jeff Chimenti on piano and Jay Lane on drums.
The evening will feature two full sets of music, including reimagined Grateful Dead classics, selections from Weir’s solo catalogue, and beloved songs from Weir’s career, all performed for the first time in the UK with a full 68-piece orchestra.

I saw Bobby play with the Marin Philharmonic several years ago.  Very cool.  Enjoy the show.

The ticket price plus cost of getting to London, parking and a possible overnight in a hotel takes it out of my comfort zone, as someone without a lot of history with his music. If it was outside London maybe.
