Pickup location is a little bit different than on your guitar, Rob... maybe later issue Standard Point Series guitars had them relocated? Too early to pick nits... let us just marvel at the Koa.  8)

Greg, I noticed that too.  The spacing is closer together on this guitar, more like the spacing on a Skylark.  Beautiful guitar for sure! 😊

Neck repairs are usually not an issue if done well by a professional.

Yes, but they do devalue an instrument.

Sometimes, but they probably shouldn’t devalue if done well.  You can probably consider a scarf joint as a very well done neck repair 😊
