birthday: not recorded, but likely October 1995

That Wenge top is gorgeous!   The pickups, though, appear to be incorrectly mounted as all four screws in each PU are on top.   The proper method is to have two of the screws, catacorner to each other, mounted below the pickup with the other two mounted catacorner on top on the pickup.  Then you loosen all screws, adjust the two below the PU to get the desired height, then tighten the two above the PU to lock it down.

Nice Epic and nice TL-Five! I bought a TL-Six a couple of years ago as a backup and found it to be an incredible bass for the money.

That top IS beautiful.   To augment Bill’s pick up remounting tips, the two screws above each pick up should be tightened just enough to secure the pickups from any movement.  Over tightening those screws CAN crack the pickup ear(s).
