Sabo Romo from Caifanes

Hello,I just discovered that the bassists of one of my favorites bands from my teenage years used an Alembic:
The video is from 93 and I imagine recorded from TV, so the sound and image is not very good but you can clearly see it is a Series 1 with a standard point body.I add also the recorded version, after seeing this I want to think that he recorded it with the Alembic:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjkToJ1IG3Y
What do you think? Did he recorded it with his Alembic?

It is always exciting to discover new musicians.  The first video has a bit of static but the bass sounds great and the playing matches.
