I remember years ago when 'UnPlugged' was a thing on MTV. I heard TONY BENNETT was doing one episode and thought 'OMG, how will they treat him' and it taught me a real lesson: That real talent that can move people, it works all the time, in almost any setting, and real artists have the gift of it.
Then later, I hear he's working with Lady Gaga, and again, I get a case of the 'WHAT's'. I had no idea she had such a broad talent and a voice and the chops to hang with him, I will always have a deep respect for how she doted on him, built him up, and how she completely put herself 2nd to show him off. Deep respect for the Lady.
We live long enough, we see so many we grew up with pass on, and I shall miss him like so many others.
