i find that the best clinical efficacy results from taking a box of good and plenty, opening it and letting it age properly in a kitchen cabinet for 3-4 months until the licorice core dries out and becomes hard and sticky and sticks to your teeth and dental work.  a concurrent liberal dose of a good high-potency sativa enhances the medicinal effects.  repeat 3-4 times daily to keep the demon sickness at bay.

And, of course, shaking it like a train.    Wonder if Casey Jones ever hung out with Choo-Choo Charlie?  Do they still make G&P?

Never liked G&P, but we did it with Junior Mints boxes; now they glue them shut so you can't.  Damn you, Tylenide Killer!

Licorice is good but I consume much more of the other.  Haven't had the C yet either!

Thanks for posting that!

Anything that can help keep your immune system strong is ok with me. I have not had the virus and I'm trying to keep it at bay everyday. My home has quite a few UV air filters and filters that filter down to a few microns. I take a cocktail of C, D3, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, K2, Shilajit, Mace, Chaga, Maca, Black Pepper, CoQ10, Silver Hydrosol and Quercetin. Also lots of hot teas throughout the day. I hear CBD has great properties as well. Just had Mohs surgery for skin cancer on my nose so I'd like to live happy and healthy for a long time, all be it with slighly more facial character as I play my dream bass whenever It is finished.

I wish all of you great health, healing and joy making music with your beloved instruments.
