SF-2 Superfilter Manual wanted!!!

Hi,
I?m new to this discussion. I?m an Alembic Fan for many years and have 3 of them and be a proud owner of an used SF-2 Filter.
It is not easy to dial in a sound you hear in your head, but get many useful sounds.
I think it would be easyer to understand the controls by having the Original Manual.
Please can anybody out there have one to part with it, or can sent my a scan of it?
