            please could you do a history request on my alembic series 1. bass.
            serial number 78 1304. with graphite neck.
            I bought it from the bass centre shop in London in 1986,
            also would it be possible to know who it was made for.

Hi Paul,

Here's the details I found in the instrument file for your bass:

top: Coco Bolo
body: Mahogany
back: Coco Bolo
neck: Graphite
scale: 34" long
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: mother of pearl
originally made for: not recorded, but it says, "Scotland" in the file
birthday: February 8, 1979

That's all there is!

oooooh- a graphite neck Series bass.  There aren't a whole lot of those floating around!!
