I'm especially intrigued by the totally rusted truss rod and nut, and either that's the worst glue job in the world, or somebody already took the fingerboard off to replace the truss rod, but dropped dead on the spot when they saw the whole thing . . . . . . . and the cops glued it back on.
But then again, this may be one of the uber-rare Russian Alembic copies, released by a retired vet of one of those 'letter agencies' in the post Cold War era. Just say 'nyet!'. Amazing, you rarely see the 'Commissar Pointski' in the west.
Every time I see one of these 'after hours, used to work at Alembic' (if this is even that . . . . . ), I always remember Susan telling me no one can build one all by themselves, and she's always right. Always.
