Looks like an 80s Steinberger inspired PJ  bass that someone put an Alembic P pickup in.

This one has popped up before and the seller was informed it is not an Alembic. Don't know if this is the same seller or not. If I can find the other thread I'll add a link. I think we even had a couple of likely manufacturers of the bass but could be wrong.

I think it was advertised as "Alembic Sick Bass" , or maybe it was "stick"  ::)

Mica, this listing on ebay reads "Alembic Bass guitar".


I'm guessing using we'd rather see  "Bass with Alembic electronics" or something more accurate?

I'm not even sure it has Alembic electronics and isn't just a pickup.
