Hey Mica - I just recently bought a F-1X because I'm going to do some high-class studio-recordings soon, and I'd like to get the same good sound every time - so I hope this will do the trick

..anyway, I'd like to know a little about it's past - I bought it in a shop who had it for sale as a demo-model ..but one of the guys said it was second hand.. and it looks a little used too (and I know Chris Celinder, and he said his company Celinder Basses is importing Alembic to Denmark exclusively - and it isn't one he's ordered recently) .. can you tell me how old it is? the serial number is: 903406
and do you, or anybody else in here have any good advices to get a good sound from it directly to the tape?
