Thanks Greg, believe me, not everybody bounces back from 'minimally invasive laser surgery' . . . . . . to quote Jimmy, HAH ! Got to be right up there with a head transplant . . . I swore I'd never sell them, but faced with a choice of her care and these basses, well, they've got to go. I can always get another axe, but not another love of my life.
BTW, we'll PayPal these things.
They've both lived a well-sheltered life. No hot or frozen car trunks. I've always stored them in their cases upright, not flat. Obviously, they play 'like buttah', and they're ready to go gig or record RIGHT NOW, no issues. The strings on them have been on there a while if you'd prefer a little more 'dead', and I'm including new strings if you want 'boing-boing'.
